Holes form on a rug due to numerous reason and can be repaired on a three step procedure. The first step is to set the foundation of the rug in-order to add stability back into the rug. So in order to set the foundation we produce a new warp which is secured to the original warp. The second step is producing a weft which matched the original weft. We secure the new repaired weft with the original weft to finish off the foundation of the hole. The final step include re-piling which starts with individual knots to match the colour and design of the original rug. Our experts insure that there is no difference that can be distinguish when looking at the repaired hole so it is as if it was never there.
